Bone and other Jewellery

We make a variety of bone jewellery including:
♦ bone and horn hairpipe chokers, mini breast plates and necklaces
♦ buffalo and elk tooth necklaces

We quite often use assorted beads, gemstone, shell, antler conchos and crowns to add decorative features to our jewellery.

The name hairpipe was given to the long tubular bone beads as seen in chokers and breast plates as they were traditionally worn in women's hair in the Native American culture. They since became useful for making chokers and breast plates which were worn as body armour to help protect the neck and chest. Chokers and breast plates are now also worn as part of costume especially during the Pow Wow ceremonies.
