The following information is subject to updates without notice.


Shipping fees are inclusive of package and handling costs. We take great consideration into the packaging of orders so they arrive at your designated address intact. If your parcel is damaged during transit, retain the original packaging and contact your local post office asap. It would be beneifical if you could take photos of the parcel and damaged goods as evidence.

Australian Orders

All orders will be shipped through the Australian Postal Service. Extra Cover insurance is not supported by our cart system. If you would like Extra Cover please email us or put a note in the comments section during checkout and we will invoice you via Paypal. The cost of Extra Cover is calculated by Autralia Post. See Optional Extras Domestic for further information regarding Extra Cover. We recommend Extra Cover especially if you are including fragile items in your order or if you have placed a large order. The extra insurance will cover you for any loss or damage during transit as Wolf Drums and Flutes will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

If orders purchased online require more than one parcel we will contact you to discuss your options and invoice you for the additional postage costs.

Delivery: Please ensure you have provided the correct delivery address. We hold no liability where incorrect information has been supplied by the customer. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address and your order has already been submitted, please email us asap with the correct address. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order re-shipped to the correct address - providing however that the parcel is returned to us.

International Orders

As of 18th April 2016 Australia Post have implemented changes to international delivery services. Economy Air - no tracking. Standard Air - is now a tracked service and replaces Pack and Track and Express Post International services. Please refer to International Delivery Services. Note: Not all services are available through our online checkout system. If you would like insurance against loss or damage please email us and we will invoice you separately for insurance to the product value of your order. We highly recommend insurance for more expensive orders such as drums and flutes. If your country's Customs and Quarantine service withholds items for treatment, Wolf Drums and Flutes is not liable for any customs duty fees or quarantine treatment charges. Please understand we hold no liability for the parcel once it has entered into the postal system.

Oversize parcels

Oversized parcels (e.g large Pow Wow Drums) which are larger than the allowable dimensions set by Australia Post will be shipped via courier and the shipping charges are inclusive of insurance to the value of the item.

Parcel Pickup

Parcel pickup is not available. All orders will be shipped.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


Returned goods will only be accepted if the items remain in the original condition and any sealed packets such as incense, resin products, botanicals etc must remain unopened. Soaps that have been unwrapped are not subject to a refund, return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any issues about the order you wish to discuss. We can confirm receipt of your order via the Australia Post tracking number.

Wrong Item: We accept returns if we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

No returns are accepted without prior approval. No refund is available for the postal costs associated with the returns.


Our refund policies are inline with Department of Fair Trading guidelines. Payments are non-refundable if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. If you've added the wrong item to the cart by accident, you can update your cart before checking out. If you've already checked out and processed your payment, please contact us asap so we can amend the order prior to shipping it.

Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer, and onus of proof of return remains with the customer e.g tracking number, postage receipt. Please ensure you have written the correct address on any return parcels as we hold no liability for incorrect postage.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not subject for a refund or exchange especially if the specifications are outside the scope of what we would normally make for general stock. When providing us with specifications for custom work please ensure you have given us accurate information.
