Frankincense has been time honoured for centuries as a resin used by Middle Eastern cultures as well as Catholic Religions when communing with the Gods. Frankincense can be used for purification and protection from negative/ evil energies and spirits. For use during meditation, prayer, ceremony and to enhance spiritual perception.

Myrrh can used for purification and blessing. Myrrh helps to revitalise the spirit and inspire prayer. Can be burnt during meditation and mixed with your favourite resin to add in more spiritual properties.

Resin is the dried sap from trees which can be used a natural incense. Resins needs to be burnt on a charcoal disk.
